The University of Michigan based in Ann Arbor, MI offers a two-year fully funded MFA in Art. Students of this MFA program join a supportive, curiosity-filled culture of makers and scholars. The Stamps MFA program is interdisciplinary. Students are free to work in the medium of their choice and encouraged to work across disciplines – within and outside the field of art. The curriculum is designed to accommodate a range of art practices, from studio-based inquiry to more scholarly, research-focused work. The Stamps School offers generous financial support to graduate students, in addition to teaching and research assistantships, stipends, and discretionary funds.
