University of Saskatchewan Fully Funded Master’s in Electrical Engineering

The University of Saskatchewan, based in Canada offers a fully funded Master's in Electrical Engineering. Most thesis-based graduate students in the College of Engineering receive funding during their studies. Stipends and scholarships are $14,000-$18,000/year for M.Sc. Students.
