The University of Saskatchewan, based in Canada offers a fully funded Master’s in Mechanical Engineering. In the M.Sc. programs, graduate students complete coursework and a project. Most thesis-based graduate students in the College of Engineering receive funding during their studies (e.g., scholarships, stipends, awards, research fellowships, and teaching assistantships). Stipends and scholarships are $14,000-$18,000/year for M.Sc. students. 50% of students receive teaching assistantships, some students receive College of Engineering awards.
