The University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC offers a fully funded Ph.D. in Public Health. The Arnold School has evolved to specialize in topic areas across the spectrum of public health. In parallel with our tremendous growth, the Arnold School has expanded to include six departments (below) and ten areas of study. All PhD students are offered an assistantship for 3 or 4 years, in-state tuition, a minimum stipend of $5,000-$6,000 / semester, minimum $15,000 tuition supplement over three years, In addition, doctoral applicants are eligible for some competitive fellowships.
